Specific nanobodies are potent positive allosteric modulators of GABAA receptors.

In collaboration with Dr Paul Miller (University of Cambridge) and Professor Radu Aricescu (LMB, Cambridge) we have characterised the pharmacology of specific nanobodies in hippocampal brain slices.
